Kritiske infrastrukturelle elementer (komponenter, anlegg, systemer, nettverk eller prosesser samt medarbeiderne som drifter og legger til rette for disse) med f\u00f8lgende tilknyttede konsekvenser hvis de faller bort eller trues:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Betydelig svekkelse av tilgjengelighet, integritet eller levering av basistjenester, deriblant tjenester der en slik svekkelse kan medf\u00f8re betydelige personskader eller d\u00f8dsfall, ogs\u00e5 med hensyn til betydelige \u00f8konomiske og sosiale konsekvenser og\/eller<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Betydelige konsekvenser for nasjonal sikkerhet, nasjonalt forsvar eller andre viktige funksjoner i landet<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
