Henvis til 7.6.1<\/a> hvis toppjorden er flyttet eller skal flyttes fra stedet, siden dette kan v\u00e6re underlagt regulering av avfallsh\u00e5ndtering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Toppjord inneholder organisk materiale, og ved gjenbruk m\u00e5 den ikke legges i for dype lag, siden dette vil \u00f8delegge strukturen i jorden. I tillegg krever visse typer habitater faktisk sv\u00e6rt lite eller ingen toppjord i det hele tatt. Gjenbruk p\u00e5 steder der den ikke er n\u00f8dvendig eller i un\u00f8dvendig tykke lag, er derfor ikke \u00abnyttig\u00bb gjenbruk. Hva som regnes som \u00abrimelig avstand\u00bb, m\u00e5 vurderes i sammenheng med prosjektet og dets plassering. Det kan v\u00e6re 15 km i et bebygd omr\u00e5de, men opptil 100 km hvis lokaliteten som genererer overskudd av toppjord er i et avsidesliggende omr\u00e5de.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
