For \u00e5 vurdere vedlikehold av infrastruktur eller gjennomf\u00f8ring av mindre repetitive byggearbeider b\u00f8r man bruke BREEAM Infrastructure for drifts- og vedlikeholdskontrakter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>BREEAM Infrastructure for prosjekter kan brukes p\u00e5 alle typer prosjekter innenfor anlegg, infrastruktur, landskapsarkitektur og prosjekter i offentlige rom. Dette omfatter bygging og ombygging av infrastruktur, som vei, jernbane, havner, vindkraftverk, flomvern, renseanlegg og vann- og avl\u00f8psnett, samt spesialprosjekter som rivning og sanering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I tilfeller der et infrastrukturprosjekt omfatter bebodde bygg, b\u00f8r disse byggene revideres ved hjelp av relevant BREEAM-NOR-sertifisering med mindre bygget kategoriseres som en del av et infrastrukturprosjekt (f.eks. et venterom p\u00e5 en jernbaneplattform).
