Revisjonsomfang i BREEAM Infrastructure for prosjekter<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Totalprosjekt<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Revisjoner av et <strong>totalprosjekt <\/strong>brukes av eller p\u00e5 vegne av b\u00e5de tiltakshaveren, de prosjekterende og hovedentrepren\u00f8ren(e). Den endelige verifiseringen og sertifiseringen gjennomf\u00f8res etter at anleggsarbeidet er fullf\u00f8rt. Denne revisjonstypen b\u00f8r brukes n\u00e5r en tiltakshaver oppgir at en BREEAM Infrastructure-revisjon skal gjennomf\u00f8res, slik at rollen deres i prosjektet kan vurderes i tillegg til prosjektansvarliges og entrepren\u00f8rens rolle. Revisjoner av totalprosjekter kan ogs\u00e5 omfatte revisjon av tidligfase og designfase (f\u00f8r eller etter ferdigstillelse).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tidligfase og designfase<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Revisjoner av <strong>tidligfase og designfase <\/strong>brukes av b\u00e5de tiltakshaveren og prosjekterende, og er tilgjengelig f\u00f8r anleggsarbeidet starter. Dette er for eksempel aktuelt hvis anleggsfasen ikke er godkjent, eller hvis entrepren\u00f8ren ikke \u00f8nsker \u00e5 delta i en revisjon av et totalprosjekt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Designfase<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Revisjoner som kun omfatter <strong>designfase<\/strong>, er beregnet for prosjekteringsansvarlig. Med en slik vurdering kan prosjekteringsansvarlig bruke BREEAM Infrastructure uavhengig av de andre partene i prosjektet, eller for \u00e5 dokumentere bidraget deres til et prosjekt n\u00e5r tiltakshaveren og entrepren\u00f8ren ikke \u00f8nsker \u00e5 bidra til revisjonen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Designfase og anleggsfase<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Revisjoner av <strong>designfase og anleggsfase <\/strong>brukes av b\u00e5de hovedentrepren\u00f8ren(e) og prosjekteringsansvarlig i prosjektet for \u00e5 dokumentere bidraget deres til et prosjekt n\u00e5r tiltakshaveren ikke \u00f8nsker \u00e5 bidra til revisjonen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Anleggsfase<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Revisjoner som bare omfatter <strong>anleggsfase <\/strong>er tiltenkt hovedentrepren\u00f8rer.
